Is there any warranty for your products?

We offer 5 Years Warranty for our products and a lifetime warranty for the adhesive tape for the                     cooling device. 

Who should not be able to use your products?

Everyone is able to use our products. Please stop using the product immediately if you feel uncomfortable and visit the doctors.

Are there any restrictions for wearing your mini fans?

There is no restrictions for this, but please do not wear the mini fans in direct contact with water in case it stops working as our product is not meant to be used with direct contact with high pressured water.
